This role serves as a mentor, coach, and resource for nursing staff while supporting the development of a highly skilled and engaged workforce. As part of an innovative pilot program, the Nurse Educator will play a key role in designing, implementing, and evaluating an Internal MOA Training Program, helping to establish educational standards, onboarding processes, credentialing pathways, and preceptor development initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of workforce development by creating learning experiences that support employee success from hire through ongoing professional advancement. The Nurse Educator facilitates orientation and onboarding for new employees, supports competency validation and credentialing requirements, and partners with operational leaders to identify educational needs and foster continuous learning.
