FULL TIME - Schedule Coordinator - Claro Dental | Lubbock, TX

Responsibilities
-Scheduling & Patient Coordination
-Manage and optimize doctor and hygiene schedules
-Confirm appointments and reduce schedule gaps
-Coordinate treatment appointments efficiently
-Maintain productive daily scheduling flow
-Assist with patient follow-up and reactivation
-Front Desk Responsibilities
-Welcome and check in patients professionally
-Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling needs
-Verify patient information and insurance details
-Help maintain smooth front office operations
-Support a positive and professional patient experience
-Team Collaboration
-Work closely with doctors, assistants, hygienists, and leadership
-Help maintain office efficiency and organization
-Communicate clearly and professionally with teammates and patients
Qualifications
-Preferred Experience
-Dental scheduling experience strongly preferred
-Front desk or patient coordinator experience
-Experience with Dentrix is a plus
-Insurance verification experience preferred

Requirements are preferred, but not imperative. We are looking for a great self motivated character. We will train for skills.
