Pay: $120,000 - $200,000+ per year
John Vance Auto Group is seeking an experienced, results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to join our growing team. We are a family-owned and operated dealership group with over 40 years of success serving Oklahoma communities. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Conduct daily sales meetings and ongoing training sessions
- Utilize CRM tools to monitor performance and hold sales staff accountable
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead management to vehicle delivery
- Work directly with customers to close deals and resolve concerns
- Drive customer satisfaction and CSI performance
- Coach and mentor sales consultants to maximize individual and team performance
- Ensure dealership policies, procedures, and compliance standards are followed
- Collaborate with other departments to provide an exceptional customer experience
Qualifications
- Automotive Sales Management experience required
- Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability goals
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Experience utilizing CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Valid driver's license required
- Clean driving record required
