Phlebotomist

Role Responsible for assisting with donor selection, establishing rapport, ensuring donor comfort, and operating automated plasmapheresis machines to collect plasma. Maintains donor confidentiality, responds to donor reactions, and monitors donor health and equipment quality. Responsibilities Include Assessing donor suitability Ensuring donor comfort and confidentiality Handling donor reactions Operating and disconnecting plasmapheresis machines Disposing of contaminated equipment Qualifications & Skills High School diploma or GED, superior customer service, ability to work flexible hours, and relevant state licensures or certifications where required. Must be patient, reliable, and committed to making a positive impact. Physical demands include standing for long periods, light lifting, and handling biological fluids with appropriate PPE.
