The successful candidate will be responsible for translating research and foresight insights into practical, practitioner-facing guidance, tools, and workflows that align with real-world investment decision-making. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the outputs are not only theoretically sound but also have a high level of adoption realism, capable of influencing real investment decision-making. The Head of Investment Standards and Practice will develop and maintain investment practitioner segment personas, convene with industry experts to co-create best practices, and build workflow-level tools that support decision-making in foresight-led domains. Key qualifiers for this role include the ability to operate as a practitioner-centered translator, a proven track record in translating and pressure-testing various insights against real investment contexts, and experience in developing and stewarding investment practitioner personas. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how investment decisions are made across different institutional settings and the ability to work with ambiguity while ensuring guidance is anchored in real-world feasibility. They should also have a background in convening and collaborating with practitioners and industry experts to refine guidance and surface real-world feedback that informs research.
