Location: Altru Behavioral Health Center, 860 S. Columbia Rd., Grand Forks, ND 58201 Pay Range: $103,854.40 - $155,792.00 Summary The Clinical Psychologist provides comprehensive psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment within an integrated behavioral health team. This role collaborates closely with psychiatrists and therapists to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care to patients across the lifespan. Responsibilities Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate functioning, support diagnosis, and guide treatment planning. Administer, score, and interpret psychological and neuropsychological testing as clinically indicated and within scope of competence. Provide evidence-based therapy using appropriate modalities, including CBT, trauma-informed care, supportive therapy, and crisis intervention. Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and treatment response. Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, nurses, behavioral health technicians, trainees, and other team members to support integrated care. Provide patient and family education, resource linkage, and advocacy to improve engagement and outcomes. Provide supervision, mentorship, and consultation to psychology trainees, postdoctoral fellows, and licensed or provisionally licensed therapists as assigned. Maintain timely, accurate documentation and participate in case consultation, care planning, and department activities. Perform other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization. Education Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in psychology from an APA- or CPA-accredited program.
