Crew Manager

Overview White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, is over 103 years old and is looking for friendly, fun and energetic Crew Managers. Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders. In this role you will organize shifts, handle cash, manage inventory, oversee customer service and satisfaction, motivate and lead the team, work the cash register and drive‑thru, prepare orders, maintain sanitation, and operate the fryer or griddle.
