Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Licensed Physical Therapist – Full-Time Join our team at Lawrence Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 120‑bed Sub‑Acute and Long‑Term Care facility. Supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Shift: Monday‑Friday Day Shift. Salary: $38‑$45 per hour (all inclusive). (PTAs: $28‑$35 per hour.) Responsibilities Assist with patient screenings and carry out treatment plans developed by the licensed physical therapist. Deliver treatments effectively to meet established goals and accurately document patient progress. Communicate the patient’s status and needs clearly to therapists, families, staff, and other healthcare professionals. Participate in care planning meetings, facility committees, and community education efforts. Maintain professional relationships, uphold patient rights, and pursue ongoing professional development. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Physical Therapy. Valid New Jersey state license. Evidence of current satisfactory physical examination and / or freedom from communicable diseases where required by the state.
