Psychiatrist

Job Overview We are seeking a Psychiatrist to conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans, including pharmacotherapy, for patients with a wide range of mental health conditions. The Psychiatrist will provide clinical consultation to other medical providers and staff regarding diagnostic workups and treatment interventions, and manage psychiatric care in multi‑disciplinary collaboration with other healthcare team members. Minimum Requirements Active, valid, and unrestricted license from the California Medical Board to practice as a Psychiatrist in the State of California. Graduate of an accredited medical school and completion of a Psychiatry Residency at an accredited program. Valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines. Compensation Pay starts at $274,684.80 annually. Actual salary offers are determined by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure, certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change. This role may qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
