Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns during labor and delivery
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe delivery
• Administer medications and use medical equipment efficiently
• Monitor fetal heart rate and maternal vital signs
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the birthing process

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Current RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certifications
• At least 3 years of experience in High Risk OB
• Experience with C-sections, SVD, and twin deliveries
