Construction Manager

Position Overview The Construction Manager serves as the Owner’s representative responsible for field execution, coordination, and oversight of construction projects. This role is critical to ensuring successful project delivery across scope, schedule, quality, cost, and safety objectives. As part of the Owner’s contingent staff, the Construction Manager provides field supervision, coordination, schedule management, cost control, and safety oversight while driving alignment between contractors, stakeholders, and project leadership. Key Responsibilities Oversee project execution with focus on schedule, cost, quality, and safety Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and progress reporting Coordinate contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment Identify risks, delays, and issues; support mitigation strategies Review contractor schedules against master schedule and contract requirements Track project progress and critical path activities Prepare regular project status reports and updates for the Owner Support project closeout, turnover, and commissioning activities Assist with project safety oversight and field execution support as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in construction field management or project supervision Experience with construction safety and OSHA standards preferred (OSHA 10/30 a plus) Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and coordination Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to travel up to 100% within the United States At Anova, We Offer Medical, dental, and vision benefits HSA/Medical Savings with employer contribution Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) + 401(k) match Generous PTO and paid holidays Parental leave and wellness benefits Company-sponsored events and additional voluntary benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr Anova
