BI DeveloperSoftware Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a BI Developer for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in Lehi, UT. This is a hybrid role.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BIBuild and optimize data models within Databricks and SQL Server environmentsDevelop and maintain ETL processes to automate data ingestion and data flowsPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into technical solutionsScope, prioritize, and deliver BI projects in a timely mannerAnalyze complex datasets and present actionable insights to support business decision-makingLeverage AI and automation tools to improve reporting workflows and operational efficiencyEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including business, analytics, and engineering teamsDocument processes, data models, and reporting standardsRequired Skills:Power BITableauSQL Server / T-SQLData ModelingETL DevelopmentDatabricksPythonData WarehousingDashboard & Report DevelopmentData VisualizationPerformance OptimizationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, or related discipline preferred; equivalent practical experience accepted.
