Compensation The Pay Range is $18.21 - $24.50 per hour. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance premiums or other amounts per hour in specific circumstances. Use delivery fleet management hand‑held devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections. Maintain clean vehicles, complete daily inspections, and report maintenance needs, accidents, or damage immediately. Keep delivery vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet credit cards, hand‑held devices, and collected monies secure at all times. Pick up customer returns, fill out driver return slips, and communicate any problems or special needs to store management. Clock in/out according to company policy. Perform other duties as assigned, including customer service, sweeping, general stocking, merchandising, running errands, handling core returns, and assisting customers or cashiers when needed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. SKILLS / EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / ABILITIES Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Adaptability to changing delivery situations. Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record meeting the company’s 14/18‑point system. Familiarity with automotive parts (desired).
