This position is located in Huntsville, AL and supports the Sentinel program.\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Get To Do:\n\nThe selected candidate will join our team of qualified individuals. This role will be a member of a team of system engineers who will continue to mature the interfaces products for the weapon system from Preliminary Design Review phase to a Critical Design Review and beyond. The role includes working in a Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and/or supporting the development of at least the following key interface artifacts:\n\n * Interface Control Documents (ICDs)\n * Interface Requirements \u0026 Verification Plans\n * Interface Logical and Physical Architecture\n * Interface Nx CAD Models\n * Interface Mentor Capital Wiring Diagrams\n\n\n\nThe successful candidate will demonstrate technical skills, organization, be an effective communicator, and problem solver who is able to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will demonstrate a commitment to ethics and integrity, and the capability to innovate. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.\n\n#Sentinelsystems\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $108,800.00 - $163,200.00\n\nSecondary Level Salary Range: $135,800.00 - $203,600.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
