Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming '26/'27 school year near Eugene, OR. This full-time position offers the flexibility of considering part-time applicants as well and welcomes both experienced SLP-CCC professionals and recent graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship (CF). Work collaboratively with educational teams to help students reach their communication potential and make a meaningful impact each day.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid speech-language pathology license or eligibility for licensure in Oregon
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience or interest in working within a school-based setting
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective, individualized therapy plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Conduct screenings and maintain accurate, timely progress records
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals
- Support students in both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting strategies as needed
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations for student success
