Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a manageable caseload, establishing rapport, and building positive relationships with clients while upholding ethical standards.

  • Conducting regular sessions to assess client progress, addressing their needs, and facilitating appropriate discharge planning.
  • \n
  • Creating, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.
  • \n
  • Documenting session details and progress notes in a timely manner to ensure accurate client records and continuity of care.
  • \n
  • Performing thorough intake assessments to understand the clients’ backgrounds and create individualized paths for treatment.

  • Leading individual therapy sessions in a structured manner each week.
  • \n
  • Participating in individualized supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and ensure best practices.
  • \n
  • Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care to our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice primarily focuses on youth mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse challenges. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master's Degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

  • The ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements specific to mental health care settings.

  • A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or within substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
