Associate Engineering Technician

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Associate Engineering Technician for a contract position with a Global Medical Technology Company located in Portage, MI. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This is an entry-level position providing technical support to engineers and scientists. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of technical tasks, including preparing reports, performing technical evaluations, and recommending corrective actions. This role operates on a 3rd shift schedule (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Sunday night to Friday morning).

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to engineers and scientists on a variety of technical tasks
• Develop and recommend procedures and methods
• Prepare technical reports and documentation
• Perform technical evaluations of events to determine root cause
• Recommend corrective action

Requirements:

• Knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training
• A basic understanding of work routines and procedures
• Ability to follow detailed and defined rules and instructions
• Able to make simple judgments in straightforward situations
• This is an entry-level position; no prior experience is required

Pay range: $20.30 - $30.30 per hour
