Foundation Printing is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Flow Coordinator to help keep our shop running smoothly. This position serves as a key link between sales and production, helping ensure orders move efficiently through every stage of the process. Responsibilities include shipping, receiving, fulfillment, inventory organization, order tracking, and workflow coordination.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, comfortable learning new software, and able to quickly become proficient in our Printavo management system. This person will help track orders, maintain accurate job information, communicate updates between departments, and ensure projects stay on schedule. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Experience with shipping, fulfillment, inventory management, production environments, or embroidery is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. This position will start part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time role as the company continues to expand.
