Job Description:

Contemporary Mexican Restaurant is hiring passionate hospitality professionals for multiple positions, including: Servers, Hosts, Bartenders, Baristas, Cooks & Dishwashers. Buscamos personas con actitud positiva, pasión por la comida y ganas de formar parte de un equipo increíble desde el opening.

Key Responsibilities:

Servers:

• Provide exceptional guest service and create unforgettable dining experiences.
• Recibir a los invitados, explicar opciones del menú y ofrecer recomendaciones.
• Take accurate orders and maintain great communication between guests, kitchen, and bar teams.
• Deliver a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and hospitality.

Hosts:

• Crear una bienvenida cálida y memorable para cada invitado.
• Manage reservations, wait times, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Communicate with the service team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.

Bartenders:

• Preparar cócteles y bebidas con calidad, creatividad y atención al detalle.
• Provide excellent recommendations and create a memorable bar experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
• Cumplir con las normas de servicio responsable de alcohol y seguridad.

Baristas:

• Prepare espresso-based coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks following company recipes and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Provide outstanding customer service by recommending beverages and creating a welcoming coffee experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked coffee station while following food safety and sanitation standards.

Cooks:

• Prepare high-quality food following recipes and restaurant standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Trabajar en equipo para mantener una operación eficiente.

Dishwashers:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing areas.
• Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
• Support the kitchen team to keep restaurant operations running smoothly.

What You Bring / Lo Que Tú Aportas

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred — ¡Hablamos tu idioma!
• Passion for hospitality, food, and creating amazing guest experiences.
• Actitud positiva, ética de trabajo y capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente dinámico.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Experiencia previa en restaurantes es un plus, pero también buscamos personas con ganas de aprender.
• Previous Barista experience and knowledge of espresso machines and specialty coffee preparation is preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs when needed.
• Autorización legal para trabajar en Estados Unidos.
• Certificación TABC preferida para Bartenders o disposición para obtenerla.
