What You'll Do Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to improve business decision-making and workflow automation. Build intelligent recommendation systems that surface high-value opportunities and insights. Develop predictive models leveraging structured and unstructured datasets. Create feedback-loop mechanisms that continuously improve model performance and recommendations. Partner with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI innovation. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and implement solutions that deliver meaningful business impact. Enhance existing data platforms and integrate AI capabilities into core business workflows. Monitor, optimize, and maintain production AI/ML systems. What We're Looking For Strong experience building and deploying machine learning solutions in production environments. Expertise in machine learning, predictive analytics, recommendation engines, NLP, or generative AI. Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or similar technologies. Experience working with large-scale datasets, data pipelines, and cloud environments. Ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and experience working directly with business stakeholders. Experience owning projects from concept through implementation and optimization. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, or workflow automation. Experience designing systems that learn from user behavior, feedback loops, and historical outcomes. Familiarity with CRM, enterprise data platforms, and data integration strategies. Experience in financial services, venture capital, private equity, fintech, or other data-intensive industries.
