Finance/Operations Associate - Private Equity

Finance/Operations Associate role with a Boutique Private Equity/Venture Capital Fund in NYC.

The role sits on a small finance team, will work closely with the IR and Investment team, and will work to develop business strategy, create and build out processes, support the trading process, track the market, and other finance projects.

Responsibilities

• Own a true generalist finance/ops seat — touching everything from portfolio execution to fund finance, not siloed into one lane

• Work closely with the investment team, with execution tied directly to live trades and front-office requests

• Open to a range of backgrounds — as long as you're eager to learn and pick things up fast

• Help build the systems and data processes the function runs on, with real ownership over how things get designed

• Small, close-knit team with direct access to leadership and real day-to-day visibility

• Scope grows over time — from core execution into performance reporting and broader analytics as the team scales
