Manager, Mobility & Immigration

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manager of Mobility and Immigration to oversee benefits, immigration, and global mobility programs for DePuy Synthes (anticipated orthopedics separation). The role involves program administration, vendor management, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional partnership to support workforce needs during organizational transformation.
Responsibilities
- Administer and improve employee benefits programs including health, wellness, and retirement offerings
- Lead domestic and international mobility programs, assignments, and related policy governance
- Own immigration policy governance and serve as U.S. point of contact for immigration matters
- Manage vendor relationships with brokers, immigration, tax, and relocation providers for service quality
- Analyze program performance and costs; provide insights and recommendations to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 6–8 years progressive experience in benefits, mobility, or total rewards at manager level
- Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits programs and regulatory compliance requirements
- Demonstrated data analysis and vendor management capabilities
- Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred: global mobility or immigration program experience
- Preferred: CEBS or similar benefits certification
