HR Operations Intern

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused HR Operations Intern to support our day-to-day staffing operations, client communications, and administrative activities. This is a customer-facing role that provides hands-on experience in HR operations, staffing coordination, client relationship management, and workforce administration. The intern will work closely with our HR, recruitment, staffing operations, and account management teams to ensure smooth coordination between clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily communication with clients, MSP representatives, and internal teams.
• Respond to routine client inquiries through email, phone, and other communication channels.
• Coordinate client requests, staffing requirements, interview schedules, and operational updates.
• Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of staffing activities.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and other business stakeholders.

• Support daily staffing operations, including job requisition management, candidate submissions, interview coordination, and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to track candidate submissions and hiring progress.
• Assist with employee and contractor onboarding documentation and compliance-related administrative activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate, employee, and client information in internal systems.
• Support staffing activities through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).

• Maintain staffing records, reports, spreadsheets, and operational documentation.
• Assist in preparing daily and weekly staffing status reports.
• Track pending requests, follow-ups, and operational deadlines.
• Support data entry, document verification, and record management.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and process improvements.

• Provide timely and professional assistance to clients, candidates, and employees.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address operational inquiries and resolve routine issues.
• Assist account management teams with customer relationship activities.
• Help ensure client expectations and service delivery timelines are met.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Students and recent graduates interested in HR operations, staffing, customer service, and business operations are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in staffing operations, workforce management, and client services.
