Client Services Specialist

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Client Services Specialist to join their team. As a Client Services Specialist, you will be part of the customer support department supporting client engagement and service delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Client Services Specialist
Location: Johnston, RI
Pay Range: $24 per hr
Shift: 8 Hours Per Shift
What's the Job?
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email
- Assist clients with account inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
- Support onboarding and training of new clients as needed
What's Needed?
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work onsite in Johnston, RI with potential to work in Riverside, RI after training
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
- Enthusiasm for helping clients and solving problems
