Duties Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments Assist with office tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents Provide excellent customer support to clients and visitors Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area Experience Proven experience in an administrative or front desk role is preferred Proficiency in computerized systems including Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with PAPER CHARTS and NexTech is a plus!
