Kitchen Team Member

We are hiring full-time and part-time team members to work in our kitchen! We are looking for applicants who are consistent and reliable, have a cheerful and positive attitude, value teamwork, and love serving and helping others. Our goal is to produce remarkable food for our guests by preparing and cooking food to our Chick-fil-A standards. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with highly motivated and driven leaders who are invested in your success. Prior experience is not necessary but preferred. Starting Pay: *Raises every 6 months!* Part-time: $12.77-$14.77/hour Full-time: $17.77/hour Position Type: Part-time or full-time Day shifts (between 5:30 am-5:30 pm) or night shifts (1:00 pm-11:00 pm) Must have Saturday availability Responsibilities: Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times Prepare, cook, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards Keep up-to-date with new products Follow all food safety procedures Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager Always adhere to all company policies and procedures Carry out instructions given by the leadership team and operator Requirements: Must be 16 years or older to apply Must have Saturday availability Ability to multitask Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic Positive attitude Customer service-oriented Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members Benefits: Sundays Off Flexible Hours Positive Work Environment Free Meals up to $10.20 Access to scholarships at up to $2500 per year Tuition FREE college through Point University Growth and Management Opportunity Paid Time Off (Full-time Only) Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance (Full-time Only) 401k Retirement Plan (Full-time Only) Other Information: Hiring Immediately; Bi-weekly Pay; No experience needed in food service, Teenagers are welcome.
