Junior Program Manager

Program Manager – Overview The Program Manager serves as the primary interface between the customer and the client. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the assigned customer accounts, including but not limited to revenue performance, profitability, order intake, and overall customer care. The Program Manager ensures alignment across internal teams, drives program execution, and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction. Location Perry, OH Essential Duties & Responsibilities Customer interface – Acts as the main point of contact, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the customer relationship and supporting development of new opportunities Leadership communication – Provides regular updates to client leadership on account status, opportunities, risks, issues, and forward‑looking plans Account leadership – Demonstrates strong leadership across the organization to maximize short‑ and long‑term account potential Issue resolution – Leads the Customer Focused Team to address issues, opportunities, and urgent hot spots quickly and effectively Pricing and scheduling – Owns execution of pricing, scheduling, and cross‑company communication plans to ensure accuracy and alignment Program communication – Communicates schedules, milestones, and progress to internal stakeholders and customers Financial ownership – Maintains full financial responsibility for product profitability, including PPV, gross margin, material liability, account‑specific costs, and cost‑reduction initiatives Contract management – Limits liability by managing contract requirements such as pricing and inventory Business reviews – Conducts internal and external business reviews to maintain alignment and drive continuous improvement Account growth – Identifies and develops new business expansion opportunities within the customer’s organization Customer travel – Travels to customer sites as needed to support program needs, relationship management, and operational execution Account planning – Supports Global Account Managers in preparing quarterly and annual business plans Salesforce management – Maintains accurate and current Salesforce data for all assigned accounts Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Professional judgment – Demonstrates sound judgment, confidentiality, and a consistently professional, positive presence Ethical standards – Upholds and promotes high ethical standards across the organization Desirable Skills & Experience Education and experience – Bachelor’s degree or 2–4 years of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination Communication skills – Strong written and verbal communication; able to analyze reports and documentation, write clear business materials, and present information effectively Math skills – Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages Reasoning skills – Able to collect and analyze data, solve practical problems, and interpret instructions in various formats Computer skills – Proficient in standard office software including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation tools, browsers, email platforms, and business‑systems software Other Requirements Supervisory scope – No supervisory responsibilities Travel expectations – Travel required 10–20% to support business needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
