Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store | Bilingual Spanish Preferred - Retail Sales

Job Overview Mobile Associates in Store‑in‑Store support the Retail Team by bringing the T‑Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They create excitement, engage customers, and share solutions in a high‑traffic environment. Job Responsibilities Proactively engage with customers in a busy retail setting using digital tools and effective communication. Leverage digital self‑serve tools throughout customer interactions and the onboarding process, recommending wireless solutions and demonstrating the value of T‑Mobile products. Complete training on the in‑store experience, new products, systems, and reference resources; review personal results and updates on the Hub. Hold a customer‑obsessed mindset; follow up with prospects, capture referrals, manage “Be Back” processes, and perform price overrides for specialty offers. Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account set‑up to device support and servicing. Education and Work Experience High School Diploma or GED (Required) Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Customer satisfaction focus and passion for advocating solutions. Team building and collaboration with peers and store leaders. Competitive drive and confidence in a fast‑paced sales environment. Licenses and Certifications At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel Travel Required: No Compensation Hourly Base Pay: $18.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. After 90 days, eligible for hourly training pay and potential promotion to Mobile Expert with an annualized incentive target of $18,000.
