Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and mental health. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and document patients' vital signs and changes in condition. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care. Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention. Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for patients. Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards and practices. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Qualifications Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio. Previous nursing experience in preferred area, e.g., acute care, long-term care is highly desirable. BLS/CPR certification required; additional certifications may be required based on specialty. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
