Job Title: Insurance Producer Job Summary As an Insurance Producer, you'll leverage your dynamic personality and competitive nature to engage potential and existing customers. Your role is to help individuals and businesses select insurance products that protect their most valuable assets, fostering trust and building long‑lasting relationships to deliver top‑tier customer service. Key Responsibilities Engage and build strong relationships with clients, helping them understand their insurance needs. Educate customers about life, health, home, auto, business insurance options and more through needs‑based conversations. Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying potential customers and making the right product recommendations. Develop new business by prospecting potential leads and networking within the community. Ideal Candidate Profile A competitive and engaging team player with a strong drive to achieve results and earn commission. Possesses a big personality, paired with keen interpersonal skills to connect with clients effectively. Compassionate and dedicated to the well‑being and service of our customers. Able to obtain necessary licenses in life, health, property, and casualty insurance. Compensation And Benefits Guaranteed base salary with monthly commissions and additional bonuses.
