This is a hands-on role for someone with a builder's mentality who is excited to write the playbook, not just follow one. You'll work closely with the Senior Manager of Recruiting Operations and leaders across the business to drive end-to-end improvements in how we attract, evaluate, and land the best talent. From scaling tooling and optimizing workflows to partnering cross-functionally on hiring quality and data insights, you'll have a direct impact on one of Ripple's most critical business functions.If you are ready to bring strategic vision, operational rigor, and a passion for continuous improvement to a high-growth global team, we can't wait to hear from you.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Evaluate, implement, and own the end-to-end recruiting tech stack; build relationships with tool partners, integrate new features into existing workflows, and review usage quarterly to drive recruiter behaviorLead cross-functional initiatives to scale recruiting processes, partnering closely with team members across People, Engineering, and the businessDevelop and own automated reporting for recruiters and senior leadership - independently and in partnership with the internal BI team - to enable data-driven hiring decisionsAnalyze recruiting data (pipeline health, pass-through rates, candidate experience signals) and translate insights into actionable recommendations for programsAdvise senior leadership/executives, telling a story with data and crafting hiring strategyBuild AI-enabled workflows that add efficiency to the recruiting functionImplement Workday position management for headcount planning, working closely with Finance and People OpsPartner with the Media team to redesign and update Talent Brand collateral including video contentDesign and maintain training programs and documentation for all recruiting processes, including new team member onboardingCollaborate with the Early Talent team on analytics, talent brand, marketing initiatives, and recruiting eventsWHAT YOU'LL BRING: Deep admin-level expertise across modern recruiting systems including Greenhouse, Gem, Workday, Textio; experience implementing Ashby or Ashby reporting and AI tools such as Juicebox and MetaviewHands-on experience leading or playing a significant role in HRIS and ATS integrations; comfortable working with APIs and building automations to close process gapsStrong background in people analytics or recruiting data management: able to visualize data and tell a compelling story to diverse audiences; basic SQL knowledgeExecutive presence: confident bringing ideas, recommendations, and results to managers and department leadersPassionate about systems, tooling, and finding creative solutions to operational challenges; has led full-cycle vendor procurement from market evaluation through implementationBuilds strong relationships with vendors and drives accountability for resultsExperience with global hiring, including familiarity with GDPR, EEO/OFCCP compliance, and employment considerations for EMEA and APAC regionsPro-actively and independently finds opportunities to improve process; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; brings strong change management instincts and organizational skills4+ years in a senior recruiting operations or people operations roleBonus: Experience managing or supporting a data warehouse implementation to enable automated reporting; has built Tableau dashboards from scratchFor positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.
