Orthopedic Surgery Opportunity In Birmingham, Al

Medical center is seeking a board certified/board eligible orthopedic surgeon to join a well-established, hospital-employed practice. This is a full-time position with general orthopedics including sports and total joints available if interested. The practice is high volume with quick ramp-up and shared call with an experienced team. Office space is available with access to referring PCPs and specialists. There is strong clinical and administrative support with experienced APC staff and a dedicated medical assistant from day one with additional support as volume grows. There is robust onboarding, marketing, and physician outreach support. Compensation is generous with bonus incentives, commencement bonus, and relocation assistance. Medical loan repayment assistance and residency/fellowship stipend are available for qualifying candidates. Benefits include malpractice coverage, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k), paid CME with annual allowance, and PTO.
