Skilled Laborer PositionThe Skilled Laborer position performs advanced, hands-on construction, remodeling, and site-support tasks that require technical proficiency, tool operation, and minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesConstruction & Remodeling: Perform framing, demolition, drywall installation, flooring, tile work, concrete and basic finish carpentry.Tool & Equipment Operation: Safely operate power tools, hand tools, and some heavy machinery (e.g., saws, drills, jackhammers).Trade Support: Assist electricians, plumbers, and other specialized subcontractors with installations and site prep.Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport building materials to correct work areas across the site. Prepare and clean job sites by removing debris, hazardous materials, and obstructionsLoad, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipmentAssist skilled tradespeople including carpenters, electricians, and plumbersErect and dismantle scaffolding, shoring, braces, and temporary structuresOperate hand tools and basic power tools (shovels, jackhammers, drills, etc.)Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, or other materialsFollow all OSHA safety standards and company safety protocolsMaintain tools and equipment in clean, working conditionPerform other duties as assigned by the foreman or site supervisorSkills & AbilitiesAbility to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly and perform strenuous physical laborComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsBasic understanding of construction site safety practicesAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsReliable, punctual, and strong work ethicAbility to work well on a teamPhysical RequirementsStanding, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periodsWorking at heights (ladders, scaffolding)Exposure to dust, noise, and outdoor elementsEmployee Benefits PackageComprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance$100 or $150/month company contribution to an HSA accountDaily Pay OptionPet Insurance401KEmployer paid life insurance 1x annual salaryPaid Time Off & FlexibilityGenerous Paid Time OffPersonal Day BenefitGuidance and assistance from a dedicated regional team
