Job Description Relocation is a must and a 4‑week mandatory in‑person training in Reston, VA. We are looking for fresh graduates for QA and Validation positions. Competitive Base Salary: $55,000 – $58,000 per year with periodic reviews (usually every 6 months). I.T. Excel is an E‑Verified Company. Recent college graduates with no experience or a few years of experience. Computer literate and familiar with word processing, spreadsheets, and basic database applications. Ability to communicate effectively at all management levels and understand technical dependencies, timeline impact, and risks.
