Job Details Set up and operate CNC Swiss Lathe machines to produce precision components to print Interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T to understand machining requirements and tolerances Read and follow job travelers, setup sheets, and work instructions Select tooling, fixtures, speeds, and feeds appropriate for each job Perform offsets, tool changes, and minor program edits as needed to maintain quality Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to ensure consistent production Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) Troubleshoot machining issues including tool wear, dimensional variation, and program errors Deburr and finish parts to meet customer specifications Maintain equipment, perform routine preventative maintenance, and keep a clean work area Document production results and ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve processes and efficiency Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
