The facility utilizes EPIC EMR system for seamless patient care coordination and documentation across all clinical activities. Location: Northern California (On‑site). Clinician's Responsibilities The nurse practitioner will provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care in a clinic‑only setting with responsibilities including: Conducting patient evaluations during 30‑minute follow‑up slots and developing individualized treatment plans for hematologic and oncologic conditions. Managing approximately 8 patients per half‑day across 9 clinical half‑days per week, plus an additional half‑day for patient care coordination and administrative activities from Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Maintaining accurate documentation through EPIC EMR system for all patient encounters and treatment planning. There are no nights or weekend coverage requirements. Qualifications Board certification in Hematology/Oncology. Prescriptive authority. Proficiency with EPIC EMR system. Possession of a valid state license (California). Additional Job Details Case Load/PPD: 16 patients per day. Support Staff: Nursing staff, medical assistants, and administrative support. Patient Population: Adults.
