Assembly Technician Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift Assemble mechanical and hydraulic components using hand tools, power tools, and detailed work instructions. Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings to build quality products to specifications. Inspect finished assemblies for quality and accuracy, identifying and correcting issues as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while meeting production goals. Assist with inventory, packaging, shipping, and other production-related tasks while working as part of a team. Assembly Technician Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience is a plus. Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and safety procedures. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced team environment.
