Product Management Lead Analyst, Med D Plan Finder - Express Scripts

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Management Lead Analyst, Med D Plan Finder - Express Scripts based in United States.

This role supports critical Medicare operations that directly influence the accuracy and quality of the member experience.
You will help coordinate regulatory submissions, Open Enrollment readiness, operational reporting, and stakeholder communications across a complex healthcare environment.
Working closely with Product, Operations, Compliance, Regulatory, Account Management, and external partners, you will keep high-priority initiatives moving accurately and on schedule.
The position combines data analysis, project coordination, process management, and problem-solving in a highly regulated setting.
You will identify risks and trends, resolve operational issues, and develop insights that support better business decisions.
Your work will contribute to Medicare compliance, client confidence, operational efficiency, and a smoother experience for members nationwide.

Accountabilities:

• Coordinate regulatory operations by supporting CMS and HPMS submission activities, including data collection, validation, quality reviews, issue resolution, and post-submission monitoring.
• Ensure accurate and timely submissions across multiple plan years by tracking deliverables, identifying risks, monitoring findings, and coordinating corrective actions.
• Support Open Enrollment readiness and execution by coordinating data from internal and external partners, validating information, supporting testing and implementation, and maintaining key milestones and timelines.
• Deliver operational reporting and insights by maintaining CMS-related metrics, analyzing performance data, identifying trends and risks, and providing actionable information to business stakeholders.
• Coordinate stakeholder and client communications , including Field Alerts and operational updates related to Medicare Plan Finder changes, CMS guidance, and other regulatory developments.
• Manage operational requests and inquiries by coordinating intake, tracking requests through resolution, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication among relevant stakeholder groups.
• Support Government Programs Intake Requests (GPIR) through organized coordination, documentation, follow-up, and timely communication.
• Drive process improvement by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, reporting accuracy, quality, and team effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain operational resources , including process documentation, job aids, trackers, reference materials, and other tools that promote consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate across functions to resolve issues, manage competing priorities, and continuously improve the experience for Medicare members, clients, and internal partners.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Medicare, regulated markets, healthcare operations, compliance, pharmacy benefit management, product support, or a related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities , including experience analyzing data, managing complex datasets, building reports, and maintaining operational trackers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to identify patterns, assess risks, investigate issues, and develop practical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to translate complex information into clear, accurate, and actionable communications.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills , with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively , taking ownership of deliverables while building effective relationships across teams and stakeholder groups.
• Experience with CMS, HPMS, Medicare Plan Finder, or regulatory submissions is preferred.
• Experience supporting Open Enrollment or other large-scale operational initiatives is a plus.
• Background in reporting, analytics, compliance monitoring, or operational performance management is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Access or similar database tools is advantageous.
• Experience managing shared mailboxes, intake workflows, or service request processes is helpful.
• Experience supporting process improvement initiatives and developing standardized procedures or operational tools is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Technology adaptability , including the ability to learn and apply emerging productivity technologies such as Microsoft Copilot.
• A strong attention to detail, service-oriented mindset, and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated healthcare environment.
