Manager – Integration Operations and Partnerships Vital Incite is a dynamic quickly growing company with a strong mission to improve the efficiency of healthcare. We are searching for a Manager, Integration Operations & Partnerships to join our dynamic team to support our data integration and operations functions. The Manager, Integration Operations & Partnerships oversees external data operations, ensuring performance, scalability, and continuous improvement. This exempt position, reporting to the Director of Data Integrations, this role manages vendor and carrier relationships, data exchange processes, and leads integration initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency. Responsibilities include setting structured processes, performance standards, and accountability frameworks for external partners, as well as implementing scalable solutions for partner communication, data tracking, and issue resolution through automation. This position is the central point for reliable data exchange and operational excellence in integrations. This position can either be a hybrid position local to the Indianapolis Metro area, or remote with work schedule aligned to the Eastern Time Zone. Responsibilities Include: Lead integration projects across teams and external partners Align internal groups, manage project progress, and address barriers for smooth execution Conducting vendor reviews for ongoing improvement, and managing critical vendor escalations Identify and fix recurring partner data issues and collaborate with partners to improve data quality to reduce systemic data issues. Create scalable communication and issue resolution processes both internally and externally, using AI to develop better automated workflows for outreach and issue tracking Partner with technical teams to leverage tools and AI to improve efficiency and scalability across operational functions internally. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in operations, vendor management, or project execution with a data or healthcare environment. Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives Experience working with external vendors and holding partners accountable to SLAs Experience working with healthcare data and/or health plans/carriers strongly preferred High attention to detail and commitment to data quality Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences Self-motivated and able to work independently #J-18808-Ljbffr Vital Incite
