Qualifications:

• Valid RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in Stepdown and PCU units
• Monitor, assess, and record patient progress, vital signs, and responses to medical interventions
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members for optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care
• Uphold infection control policies and maintain accurate medical documentation
