Enjoyment in teaching music, ability to communicate effectively, and flexibility in meeting individual student needs and goals is a MUST. This job includes teaching music lessons on a weekly basis, preparing students for performances, providing student feedback both on-the-spot and through bi-annual report cards, communicating with parents and team members on a regular basis, and attending studio rehearsals and events. Role must haves include: Ability to read music, experience teaching children and adults, organization, effective verbal and written communication, creative and flexible teaching style, and an enthusiastic and warm approach with students.
