Senior Accountant - Kennesaw, GAA growing professional services organization is seeking a hands-on, team-oriented Senior Accountant who is independent, resourceful, and highly collaborative.This role will support day-to-day accounting operations, leverage Sage Intacct, and contribute to accurate financial reporting while partnering closely with leadership.This is an immediate hiring need as the company continues to experience strong growth.This position is based in Kennesaw, GA with a hybrid schedule of four days in-office and one day remote.The company is expanding and needs a strong accounting professional to support continued success and scalable financial processes.The environment is team-focused and collaborative, emphasizing stability, growth, and a supportive culture.The position offers a salary up to $120,000 plus bonus, along with three weeks of vacation.We are seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to support core accounting functions, ensure financial accuracy, and assist a growing organization through process improvements and system utilization.Key responsibilities include:Assist with general accounting operations including month-end close and financial reportingUtilize Sage Intacct to manage and streamline accounting processesEnsure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controlsPartner with leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-makingCollaborate with team members to foster a strong team environmentLeverage advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and process improvementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceProven experience in a hands-on accounting roleExperience with Sage Intacct strongly preferredAdvanced Excel skills and strong technical aptitudeAbility to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented cultureStrong problem-solving skills and a resourceful mindsetIf you're interested in learning more about this opportunity or would like to discuss your qualifications, please apply now
