Load/unload freight safely at various locations, using forklifts if needed. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections (fluids, tires, brakes, etc.). Maintain accurate logs for driving hours, vehicle maintenance, and deliveries. Follow DOT regulations and route schedules for on-time delivery. Secure loads with chains, binders, straps, and tarps to meet/exceed DOT standards. Communicate with dispatch and customers; collect signed delivery slips. Report any damage, delays, or injuries immediately.
