Job Summary As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll play a vital role in delivering hands-on nursing and personal care to residents, while leading and supporting nursing assistants in their daily tasks. Essential Duties Monitoring residents’ condition and assessing their needs to provide the best possible treatment and care. Prepare and administer medication as ordered by the physician. Perform routine charting duties as required & in accordance with established charting & documentation policies & procedures. Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required.
