Registered Nurse Operating Room

$2584.00/week - Job Summary: The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care and supports clinical operations under the supervision of the Unit Director. The RN fulfills a leadership role on assigned shifts, ensuring quality nursing support in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments adhering to established protocols and safety standards. Supervise and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care. Monitor patient progress and adjust nursing interventions as needed. Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and post-discharge care. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety regulations, and licensure requirements. Qualifications: Hold a current Maine RN license and possess BLS and ACLS certifications. Have previous telemetry nursing experience preferred. Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Be a team player committed to compassionate patient care. Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
