Lendmarq, a private real estate lender, is seeking experienced Loan Advisors to join our team in the New York area. You will work with individual investors and borrowers to secure loans for business-purpose real estate projects, including bridge loans, fix-and-flip, and DSCR financing. You will analyze financial data, guide clients through the loan process from application to closing, and build lasting relationships with real estate investors while staying compliant with internal guidelines and #J-18808-Ljbffr Lendmarq
