- Provide staff training in behavior strategies, coping skills, and structured routines.
- Collaborate with treatment teams and medical professionals; attend relevant meetings.
- Monitor and evaluate program implementation; provide quarterly progress reviews.
- Ensure effective communication, uphold resident rights, and support management.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- State licensure.
