Savvly created a new kind of investment for longevity. It’s an SEC-registered fund that invests in the S&P 500 and pays out at milestone ages. Investors who live longer receive more. It is not insurance and it is not an annuity. It’s an investment designed to help people reach their retirement goals with less capital. Getting here took four years of work with regulators to bring a first-of-its-kind structure to market. Along the way we built a vertically integrated platform: an asset manager, an RIA, a broker-dealer, a transfer agent and SEC-registered funds. We are backed by Techstars and strategic investors, including a Fortune 500 company, and we distribute through employers, financial advisors and benefit brokers. The founders are former McKinsey leaders who later held senior roles at public companies. The team is small, experienced and does not give up. We’re looking for someone who works the same way. Our mission: a world where everyone can be financially secure, no matter how long they live. The role The product, the regulatory approvals and the infrastructure are in place. Now the market needs to know about them. Building a new category means teaching people a new idea, and that’s what you’ll do. You will lead all of Savvly’s marketing. You will: Own the brand, positioning and messaging, working directly with the CEO and COO Explain a new financial concept so clearly that someone gets it in one sentence and trusts it after one page Build and run the go-to-market for our three audiences: individual investors (especially people aged 45-65 who feel behind on retirement, even if they may be ok!), financial advisors and RIAs, and employers through benefit brokers Create demand that turns into pipeline and sign-ups across digital, content, partnerships, PR and events Build thought leadership that positions Savvly, and Longevity-Linked Securities, as a new asset class Work closely with compliance so every campaign is bold and fully compliant Set up the metrics, tools and budget to show what works, and build the team as we grow Goal: launch the new market positioning and a working acquisition engine alongside our updated product release by the end of Q1 2027. Savvly is moving into a high-growth phase, and this role grows with it. Let’s be clear: this is not a lifestyle job. Creating a new category is hard. You’ll be explaining something people have never heard of, in one of the most regulated industries there is. If that excites you more than it scares you, we want to talk. What you must have We will only consider candidates with current or recent experience in: 10 years in marketing , including senior or head-of-marketing roles Deep knowledge of financial services : investments, retirement, wealth management or fintech Marketing regulated financial products , with a working understanding of SEC and FINRA advertising rules Building a brand and demand from an early stage , with results you can show in numbers (customers, pipeline, cost per acquisition) Startup experience : you do well in small, close-knit teams where you do the work yourself Nice to have Category creation or launching a new type of product (we realize this does not happen often) B2B2C marketing (employers, advisors, platforms) alongside direct-to-consumer Experience marketing to pre-retirees, retirees or anyone interested in longevity protection Strong network with financial media, advisor communities or HR/benefits leaders What we offer Salary: market rate meaningful equity Real ownership of the brand and a direct seat at the leadership table The chance to define how the world talks about a new asset class #J-18808-Ljbffr
