Job Summary

Support the service by maintaining records and coordinating appointments, referrals and registration and using their clerical expertise to advance the organization and productivity of the unit. Requires multitasking in a fast pace environment and must be enthusiastic self-starter.

Minimum Qualifications

Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: High School Diploma with 2 years college preferred
Work Experience (Years and Area): Min 1 yr Call center or customer service environment
Equipment Operated: PC, FAX, PHONES
Special Requirements: Communication Skills: Writing /Composing (Correspondence/Reports) Other Skills: Medical Terms, P.C., Statistical, Typing (wpm 20) Advanced Education: Advance Training Specialty: Associates Degree in Business Administration preferred.
