Licensing Requirements

This is a licensing-contingent position.

• Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start date.

• Pennsylvania Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

• We provide full licensing support, study materials, coaching, and guidance throughout the licensing process.

What You'll Do

• Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, outbound calls, community involvement, and lead follow-up.

• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.

• Conduct consultative, needs-based conversations to uncover customer needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions.

• Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products.

• Cross-sell multiple product lines to maximize customer protection and agency growth.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that builds trust, generates referrals, and creates lifelong relationships.

• Maintain accurate documentation while meeting agency and regulatory standards.

• Consistently meet or exceed activity, production, and revenue goals.
